Role 03 of 3  ·  Full-time  ·  Agami, SGT University

People Insights Analyst -
Behavioral & Organizational Psychology

Turning workforce and engagement data into behaviour-based insights that change how decisions get made.

3–5 years experience
MSc / MA Organizational / Industrial-Organizational / Work Psychology
SGT University, Gurugram

The engagement scores came in this morning. Everyone else sees the headline numbers. You go straight to the factor structure. You notice that one item - the one about clarity of expectations - loads differently in two departments. You pull the attrition data alongside it. Something is there. By noon you have a hypothesis. By end of day you have a two-paragraph note that will change what the OD team focuses on next month.

01
What you will actually be doing
People Analytics & Reporting
Analyse survey and workforce behaviour data using SPSS, R, or JASP. Build dashboards that communicate psychological trends clearly. Identify patterns in motivation, capability, and attrition that are meaningful and statistically significant.
Behavioural Insights
Apply behavioural science principles to interpret data patterns. Support OD and culture teams with data-backed narratives. Highlight risk indicators and improvement opportunities before they become visible problems.
Documentation & Standards
Maintain structured data repositories. Ensure psychometric accuracy and reporting quality. Create reusable templates that raise the quality of the whole team’s work.
Cross-team Collaboration
You are the translation layer between data and action. Work closely with OD (Organizational Development) and culture specialists to ensure insights land and shape the decisions that follow.

These roles sit within Agami itself. You will be part of the founding team at the center, working on live projects from day one.
